Kenny ...Oddly, this is my first time reading this. Kenny has been on my mind the past few days leading up to Memorial Day. I lost a few friends but Kenny's death haunts me the most. I was lucky to have trained with Kenny as a fellow medic. His sense of humor was contagious and it pulled me through the hardest times of training. No matter what the Drill Sgts laid down he never let them break him and he made all of us get through training much easier. I remember when I first heard the news, I was heartbroken. He was such an amazing kid with a bright future. I think of him when I am going through rough times and he still brings a smile to my face. I am sure he is playing all kinds of jokes in Heaven and laughing it up.
