We've had our first real snow of the season here in Chicago - about 6 inches up on the northside where I live. It is a half mile in from Lake Michigan. I know Apple is laughing right now and saying "Six inches?"

I took these from my front window at about 9pm. I wanted to catch the snow on the trees before it blew away. Good thing I did - it is now 4:30 am and there is a white out going on.

It wouldn't be so bad if you could just look at it. LOL It's still snowing here but it has taper off a lot.
